How Michel Lotito ate an Airplane?

Once upon a time there lived a man called Mr.Do It All At Once. Lets call him Mr.DIA for short. He was very impatient. When he wants something,he wants it done right away. Mr.DIA  joined in a french class. At the end of the first day,he was busy writing in his note. When the teacher questioned,he said he was trying a poem! Mr.DIA once wanted to reduce weight. He started walking right away for four hours. The next day the poor man couldn't move and had to take bed rest. People still make fun of how the burger got stuck in his mouth, because he tried to put the whole burger  inside his mouth at once. Mr.DIA became worried that something was wrong with him.
And yes it was.He din't know how to"wait" and "divide".Anything good in life takes time to happen and we should get used to that fact first. Taking  your goal and dividing it into smaller jobs ,makes it easier for us to achieve and also gives us a clear picture of what we are doing and where we are headed to.
The Guinness Book of World Records records the true story of a man who ate an entire airplane. His name was Michel Lotito. He was a french entertainer who consumed almost everything that was not meant for man to consume from dirt to an airplane! Why he ate an airplane is not of our concern .But we certainly need to have a look at how he ate it. He didn't eat it all in one day. He broke down the airplane into smaller pieces, melted the parts into small swallowable units and consumed every piece. He took two years to eat it from 1978 to 1980. (fortunately he dint have any health issues)
It does sound impossible to eat an airplane. But it was possible when broken down into smaller pieces.
Sometimes we do look at the big work that is infront of us and we are convinced that we will never be able to complete it.That is when we must start with the division. Divide your work into smaller pieces as possible. Then start with the smallest work unit. Then go for the next. You will get a feeling that it is feasible. One by one you will complete it one day.

What is different about Men?

Hello Men and women, I have so many Wonderful  Men in my life..father,brother,uncles, cousins, friends,colleagues.. I always felt there is a big difference in the way I think and the way they think, So I observed them closely and came up with few results..,, 1.Men love food. 2.They dont really spend much time in shopping., (No wonder men's section is not that much crowded) 3.They say what they want to say directly and in a simple manner(they have a hard time understanding women when they say things indirectly) 4.They expect to be trusted. 5.Most of them want you to just listen to their problems. Thats more than enough. They are not asking for an half an hour advice. 6.They may look at 10 girls a day. But when they are commited to someone they take it real serious( most of them do) 7.They want to be heared out fully before being judged. 8.Helping women gives them a good feeling about themselves. 9.While handling complex situations , they are not as good as women. 10....

The Appreciation Effect

Hello people, I am here as a blogger because of my best friend who constantly "appreciates" my work. (It was his idea to start a blog).Thank you Laxman.  So i would like to start by discussing about the power of appreciation. "Appreciation can make a day, even change a life.Your willingness to put it into words is all that is necessary" -Margaret Cousins I was late to office and had to take an auto. He was not like the usual "fast and furious". He drove patiently and when neared my office he took the auto so close to the foot path,so that I dont have to walk that little distance. How thoughtful of him. Its a simple thing. Its a Rs.20 drive, but still he wanted to be perfect. I said "Thank You".It was clearly seen that he was happy to hear that :) . Iam pretty sure it would have boosted him up for the rest of the day. How many times do auto drivers get thanked for the safe drive ??. But they are never left without a scolding, when they make a...

Smile like a Smiley :) :)

Vaangana Vanakamna ,   From the beginning man was busy finding a way to communicate with his fellow beings. Starting from signs- signals-alphabets-pigeon post-telephone- telegraph. Then came the  giants-Internet and Mobile phones. People now  “Chat” without opening their mouths.  :p Thats when the smileys became a popular culture. A smiley is a human face , intially made with the keybaord keys. It then emerged into yellow faces , with black eyes and mouth. Now there are wide range of smileys apart from the faces.  The basic ones are :-) and :-(  The smiley was said to be documented first by a computer scientist ,Scott Fahlman in the year 1982. He called them "joke markers" 19-Sep-82 11:44 Scott E. Fahlman :-) From: Scott E. Fahlman <Fahlman at Cmu-20c> I propose that the following character sequence for joke markers: :-) Read it sideways. Actually, it is probably more economical to mark things that ...
