Hello Men and women, I have so many Wonderful  Men in my life..father,brother,uncles, cousins, friends,colleagues.. I always felt there is a big difference in the way I think and the way they think, So I observed them closely and came up with few results..,, 1.Men love food. 2.They dont really spend much time in shopping., (No wonder men's section is not that much crowded) 3.They say what they want to say directly and in a simple manner(they have a hard time understanding women when they say things indirectly) 4.They expect to be trusted. 5.Most of them want you to just listen to their problems. Thats more than enough.They are not asking for an half an hour advice. 6.They may look at 10 girls a day. The Appreciation Effect

Hello people, I am here as a blogger because of my best friend who constantly "appreciates" my work. (It was his idea to start a blog).Thank you Laxman.  So i would like to start by discussing about the power of appreciation. "Appreciation can make a day,even change a life.Your willingness to put it into words is all that is necessary" -Margaret Cousins I was late to office and had to take an auto. He was not like the usual "fast and furious". He drove patiently and when neared my office he took the auto so close to the foot path,so that I dont have to walk that little distance. How thoughtful of him. Its a simple thing. Its a Rs.20 drive, but still he wanted to be perfect. I said "Thank You".It was clearly seen that he was happy to hear that :) . Iam pretty sure it would have boosted him up for the rest of the day. How many times do auto drivers get thanked for the safe drive ??. But they are never left without a scolding,when they make a...

Vaangana Vanakamna ,   From the beginning man was busy finding a way to communicate with his fellow beings. Starting from signs- signals-alphabets-pigeon post-telephone- telegraph. Then came the  giants-Internet and Mobile phones. People now  “Chat” without opening their mouths.  :p Thats when the smileys became a popular culture. A smiley is a human face , intially made with the keybaord keys. It then emerged into yellow faces , with black eyes and mouth.
